I recently had the pleasure of dining at Annapoorna Kitchen in Frisco, Texas, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The star of the evening was the Lamb Curry, which was absolutely delicious. I can't thank Annapoorna Kitchen enough for the incredible catering they provided for my son Francesco's birthday party! From the very beginning, the owner was a delight to work with — so attentive, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience. They worked closely with us to customize the menu, ensuring that there was something for everyone, from mild to spicy, and all of it bursting with authentic, vibrant flavors as we had a mixed crowd from different countries. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the deliciousness of every dish — the biryani was fragrant and perfectly spiced, the butter chicken was creamy and rich, and the samosas were a crowd favorite. The naan was freshly baked and served warm, and the selection of chutneys added the perfect finishing touch to each dish. The presentation of the food was beautiful, and everything was delivered on time, hot, and ready to serve. It made the event stress-free, allowing us to focus on enjoying the party. We catered a large graduation event for over 150 people. The team at Annapoorna did a fantastic job.. live stations, tasty food, great crew, unique menu.. the set up was classy, presentation was excellent. Overall Great

Went for lunch . Homely restaurant , great behaviour by people . We tried tea, vada pav , jhol momo and roti sabji. Everything even tea was made fresh on order. Tea was really good masala tea much required during the cold weather we went in . Jhol momo which we tried in veg was just amazing like how we get in any Nepali restaurant .

What a nice experience. We arrived at 5, right as they opened for dinner. They have a good amount of seating - both booths and tables. We asked a bunch of questions before ordering, they answered them. We asked a bunch more questions while eating, they answered them. It was nice to have a well informed dining experience and some great guidance on what might be good to try! We had the Chicken 65, garlic naan, the plain dosa, the chicken chili momo, and the old standby - chicken tikka Marsala. All of it was awesome. We’ll be back! Welcome to the neighborhood!

Found out today that this place has new management now. We loved the new menu items. Dabelis (they serve two but I remembered to take a picture only after we finished the first ) were really good!! The masala (stuffing) brings it together with the appropriate spice and tangy mix. The vada pavs and chilli momos were classically good too. The pav bhaji wasn't anything like we were expecting coming in as Mumbaikars or something you would get at any other store here. However, we loved this too! They also gave me some yogurt when I looked like I couldn't handle the spice!!

The food was outstanding! I got the goat korma and it was delicious. The curry was rich with multi-dimensional layers of flavors. Liked the texture of some of the coarse granulated spices. The goat was tender but with bite to it as I like it. The naan was fluffy, tad chewy and soft. Like a warm comforter in winter. Overall, the service was great, food was delicious and very good portions and price.

It has been a very pleasurable experience every time I visited Annapurna. Hari, the chef, takes extreme care and interest in preparing the food for your palate. I have to say that he makes the best pav bhaji in all DFW areas. Very authentic bombay taste. Given the fact that I carry food allergies , they make sure I am comfortable every time. This place has become a go-to restaurant for me.. Please visit and you will not be disappointed.
